Mr Eddie Chaloner has been singing for The Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Choir since February 2012, when it was first formed. Since then, the choral group has performed a number of concerts across the UK, including the Brandenburg Choral Festival London 2013 and Gareth Malone’s BBC2 show, ‘Sing While You Work’ in Autumn 2012. 2 years ago, the choir released the charity single “A Bridge Over You”, a mash up of “Bridge Over Troubled Water” by Simon & Garfunkel and “Fix You” by Coldplay.
Now a group of doctors is trying to get the song to Number One this Christmas and the campaign has been getting a lot of attention on Facebook, with more than 100K people showing their support.
